As DWDM technology becomes increasingly pervasive in optical networks, manufacturers of optical components, modules and systems require low-cost, fast turnaround, true DWDM testing without scarifying source quality and stability.
Peleton’s unique multi-channel laser array (MCLA) sources offer up to 96 wavelengths simultaneously on a single output fiber, offering significant benefits in terms of cost, size and is also easy-to-use and fully integrated. When used in combination with QTM channel controllers, Peleton’s multi-wavelength sources can supply multiple test stations with DWDM wavelengths that can be individually and independently controlled at each station. On test beds, R&D and product manufacturing lines, this enables fast and cost-efficient testing of DWDM modules and systems.
